DESIGN
When choosing a design it is imperative to consider several elements to ensure a cohesive look. At The Design House, a designer works with the client on their selections. They help curate a design board with color samples, fabric selections and furniture configuration. There are a variety of design packages from design to shopping and decorating that are available to customize and meet our client’s needs.
RENOVATION
The designer will coordinate with a general contractor to collaborate on a custom design. In addition, you can request a 3D rendering for a glimpse of your ideas before they come to fruition. In conjunction with the services available, the designer will assist in selecting the perfect flooring, tile, lighting, fixtures, cabinets and counters to coordinate with your color and fabric selections, making your house feel like your dream home.
STAGING
On average, staged homes sell for 6% over asking price and 10% quicker than those that are not staged. The Design House offers several options to accommodate your staging needs. The designer is available to give room-by-room instructions to improve the space layout. In addition, you can maximize the design by renting furniture and decor from our inventory to stage each room to feature your home’s greatest assets.
